Quite simply are you happy for the estate to spend £150 on some bulbs for the Estate Entrance and general communal areas.
These will replace / add some of the bushes currently around the tennis court.
Cost is zero as someone will do this for free.
What we do require is some information as to where they should be planted - may require some information about location of drains around the court.
