AGM followed later by Bonfire and Fireworks

Dear Residents we plan to hold our AGM on Saturday afternoon at 3pm on 6th November in the tennis court. Following this we plan to have a Bonfire and Fireworks starting at 7:00 pm.
This is your opportunity to vote and have your voice heard in the running of our estate.
Please will you get in touch to let us know if you are able to attend the AGM and or Fireworks so we can plan the numbers.

I am unable to attend the AGM but I will attend the Fireworks.

No.26 have prior commitments, so will not be present for the AGM/Bonfire

I can hopefully manage to attend the AGM but depends on what time our visitors arrive for the weekend. Would it be OK if they attend the bonfire evening and we will have already eaten and will have our own refreshments.
